Forever Living Clean 9 (Part III)

Result of completing Clean 9 :-

My weight reduced from 60kg to 57kg and I got SGD150 voucher

My hubby's weight reduced from 102kg to 97kg and he got SGD250 voucher

After the programme my hubby continue to eat healthy and go brisk walk every monring for 1 hour.  And his weight further reduced from 97kg to 92kg.

Forever Living Clean 9 (Part II)

I hope to share the Clean 9 guide but i have thrown away after i completed the programme.  I just remembered we purposely started the programme on SAT.  Reason is because 1st 2 days will be the toughest as you only drink the meal replacement without any food intake, so during the SAT and SUN we stay at home.  That week i am supposed to go my mum's house and i find some excuse not to go, bcause she always cook lots of yummy food when we go to her house 

Forever Living Clean 9 (Part I)

on 4 Dec 2013 my friend informed me that Forever Living has promotion for Clean 9 Pack.  Every 1 kg reduced will entitle to SGD50 Forever Living voucher.  1st time my hubby interested in trying so i joined him to test the product.  All along i have bought Forever Living honey and lip balm but never try it's range of detox or slimming product before.
