AGELOC R2 - Day 3

Just checked with my mum on how she feel after taking the R2 for 1 week.  She told me her legs feel better now, not sure whether she gives this answer because she knows R2 is expensive, hee.... anyway i will check with her again next week.

Today will be the 3rd day after taking R2 + Lifepak, i still feel the same like before.  Still tired and haggard... haha.........  Only difference is that my urine is very yellowish, below is the answer from nuksin website for the yellow urine.  So no panic if you encounter the same changes :-

Q. Please explain the cause of yellow urine after taking LifePak. Some experts say it is due to vitamin B2. Is this correct? Should the yellow urine continue or disappear after a few months of taking LifePak? Is the yellow good or bad?

A. Yellow urine is mostly due to B-vitamins, which are water-soluble, particularly Riboflavin (vitamin B-2). The yellow urine will vary depending on how much of the B-vitamins your body utilises. Depending on your diet and health status, your body will use a greater or lesser percentage of the B-vitamins contained in LifePak. When you use up much of the B-vitamins, your urine will be less yellow. When you use less of these nutrients, your urine will be more yellow.

There is no problem with B-vitamins being excreted in the urine. The fact that your urine does turn yellow is actually proof that the nutrients in LifePak are being absorbed into the bloodstream. Your kidneys filter the blood and manufacture urine. Anything appearing in the urine was previously in the bloodstream. The fact that the urine turns yellow means that the nutrients in LifePak are very bioavailable and are being efficiently absorbed through the intestinal wall into the bloodstream.
